Summary: Far from typical, this massive condo is beautifully decorated and has high end fixtures and appliances. Its view is cool, as you look across a private deck area of many thousands of feet, and out across a road to park and lake. Whole front of condo is windows so well lit but no glare or heat. There is no one above or below this unit so very private. As someone else mentioned, there is a bit of a throb sound above the second bedroom that might be irritating but we didn't use that room.. there is lot of construction in the downtown area in Kelowna and it can be heard at times, but I think less here than other places. We are already planning a return.visit.
